Window showing no options to enter repository or user information

I use netbeans to do develop on a project that uses maven and checks out using Subversion. Up until version 7.3 I was able to check out the project outside of netbeans, import it as a maven probject, and do update/checkout/etc through subversion. Now when I attempt to do any operation through subversion ( aside from revert and diff ) I am greeted with an authentication screen where I cannot enter the repository information OR the authentication information. 

I use tortoise SVN ouside of netbeans and I do not experience any problems.
