Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_17-b02
System: Linux version 3.5.0-27-generic running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

I have tried submitting multiple exceptions from Netbeans 7.3
Always when I click "review and report" nothing happens.

I checked that statistics.netbeans.org is up for me, no proxy problem. Opening the exception reporter tab shows my current issues.
