I should be able to multiselect folders or
archives in this tool.

Yes, it is the same as in old javadoc tab.

I changed it to an enhancement. It is not a bug from my point of view.

Target milestone was changed from not determined to TBD

I'm now responsible for JavaDoc module.

Will be replaced by libraries management.

JavaDocs become more hidden, see recent Java UI specs.
