The UI thread is waiting for downloading template - IMHO this used to be a problem in Wizards API with AsynchronousValidatingPanel; this should be fixed now, I hope (in the wizards component itself).
(The reports are from February builds; let's wait for reports from Beta, this should be easily reproducible.)
