1. Create a HTML5 application

=> Notice that neither of panels "Name and Location", "Site Template" and "JavaScript Files" have camptions at the top above the black horizontal line at the top. One sideeffect is that the horizontal lines in the left and right part of the wizard are not aligned.

Same for the "HTML5 Application with Existing Sources" wizard.
