Quite annoying feature of NetBeans.org web:
- use a link to open bug report
- website asks you to log in
- log in and it redirects you to some start page
- try to log bug report page and you are logged out again

There is a workaround to clean netbeans.org relatd cookies or to log in + log out + log in again.

Chrome version 24.0.1312.70. IIRC the same happens with Iceweasel (Firefox based). Also some Netbeans team members confirmed this to me.
