Steps to reproduce:
- Tools | Options
- push "Show Levels" ("<<")
- select some row (eg. Building | Ant Settings )
- hit Tab ( travers to select Project Level)
- press Space
-> nothing happends, you can change level only by
mouse, not by keyboard.

this is a complex focus issue, not necessarily TreeTableView's fault
alone.  pzavadsky fixed a similar focus problem for jdk 1.4 in
NbPresenter.
