I am writing PHP if that affects this. The `Ctrl + /` shortcut works fine, but the button is non functional. No errors are thrown in the bottom right corner: the button just literally does nothing in the UI.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3 Beta 2 (Build 201211062253)
Operating System = Linux version 3.2.0-37-generic-pae running on i386
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_24
