It would be nice if this could be delivered in a patch; not sure of course how much work it will take.
Talk about this with Tomas and he will implement it.
Taking over.

I manually updated cdnjs.zip and after refresh, these changes were gone (tooltip text, list of versions for given JS library), so it seems to work fine. One question though, after pressing Update in New Project wizard (and I think Project properties will do the same), I had to close the wizard as such so the changes from refresh action are propagated (in other words to see updated list of JS files, I had to start over). Is there a way to make these updates somehow without need to close the current dialog? The point is that I think users could be expecting updated list right after the update finishes Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201303102300) Java: 1.7.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.7-b01 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_15-b03 System: Linux version 3.2.0-38-generic-pae running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

The point is that I think users could be expecting updated list right > after the update finishes The table should be refreshed automatically and I tried to check it but I was apparently wrong. Reopening, this must work. Thanks.
Done. http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/aae59b1d553a All changesets for the patch are: http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/c985afdd8d3d http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/fe35d089794c http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/cae9e8449dc0 http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/b8435bf00a51 http://hg.netbeans.org/web-main/rev/aae59b1d553a Thanks.
This is quite a big change. Do we really want to put it into the patch release?
I also think it's rather big for a patch - definitely for patch 1.

Thanks, no it works fine (I tried New wizard and Project properties just be sure) Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build web-main-10093-on-20130315) Java: 1.7.0_17; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.7-b01 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_17-b02 System: Linux version 3.2.0-38-generic-pae running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
(In reply to comment #12) > Thanks, no it works fine *now :)
I do not think this should go into a patch release. The fix is there but UI is preliminary and needs to be improved. Major limitation is that only CDNJS is updated - in NB 7.4 we will very likely drop Google CDN so it will be OK but I would not want to do that in the patch. I suggest we remove the 73patch2-candidate keyword. Any objections?

I must say I don't remember why I nominated this - it may have been a mistake. Removing the whiteboard.
