In the current sources there is not possible to render HTML styled error messages in the project customizer. I found out that in the moment when I was using the same panel in the new project wizard and in the project customizer and once it's rendered correctly and once it writes HTML tags w/out rendering them. See issue #221536 for screenshot.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
