Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build web-main-8796-on-20121008) Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_07 Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.3-b01 Feedback from the Usability study shows that developers would be likely to see and understand the "selected" list of libraries, if we add the new libraries to the top of the list selected list, instead of the bottom. When a template is used, that contains a large number of libraries already, the newly added library is off the bottom of the list and you have to scroll to see it now. Adding to the top of the list will stop this from happening.
