The actions on 'Other Sources' and 'Other Test Sources' are not respected jointly.

From the UI, it seems they should be treated the same, but the checkbox is not applied correctly.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
