After an update, or installed new plugin that requires a restart of the IDE, a balloon pops up saying something similar to "click here to restart".
BUT clicking it only closes the IDE, it does not restart. you have to start it up manually. This is not a big deal, but when it says restart it should restart.
I often just click the restart expecting it do do so in the background while I go on doing other tasks on the pc. But then after a while when I expect to return to NB; it has not started yet...

ahh.. ok
I did a search before I filed this, but now that I see the subject of bug 207579, I'm not surprised that I missed it ;o)
