Import/Export buttons not working on the setting dialog. They are clickable but nothing happens when you click them

Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201208030001)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_05
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.1-b03

This is caused by bug 216311. Working on a fix...
