Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build EaselCSS-385-on-20120725)
Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 21.0-b17
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
JavaFX 2.2 (build 18)

1. installed new NB and removed old caches
2. installed new JavaFX (build 18)
3. started NB and created a JavaScript project with no template.  included modernizr, jquery, jquery ui, backbone
4. created a new html page and a new css page
5. selected Run File in new html page
6. pressed button in embedded browser to configure javafx
7. my page finally renders (with the default div content) ~ 30 - 45 seconds later, but the NB toolbar has disappeared

When i close the browser and reopen, the toolbar is back
