Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.2 RC1 (Build 201206272359)
Operating System = Linux version 3.2.0-26-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_05
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.1-b03

The Tools menu doesn't show several menu items it used to... I guess this is an error.
For example, I couldn't find the Libraries menu item to manage my libraries.

It's intention rename Libraries to Ant Libraries.

Sorry, I didn't know it was a design decision. Could you please tell me where those changes were notified to users? I mean, which other changes should I expect not to notify them as bugs? For example the "Analize Javadocs" menu item is also missing...

Any one knows about the latest IDE and version of it. If do please mention runtime and vendor too.
