In the Option 
Editor->Allgemein->Quelltextausblendungen->Quelltextausblendungen verwenden

Last Part is too long. Not necessary to repeat "Quelltextausblendungen" in "Quelltextausblendungen verwenden". "verwenden" would be shorter or alternavtive use something like "aktivieren".

Thank you very much for filing this issue.

Translation itself should be correct. This is the issue of UI layout and
it has been already field as bug 198968.

I'll close it as duplicate issue.
