Created attachment 114311 [details] uigesture file I found on tmp, probably generated by the exception reporter Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201112180600) Java: 1.7.0_147-icedtea; OpenJDK Client VM 21.0-b17 System: Linux version 3.2.0-rc4-686-pae running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb) User directory: /home/paolo/.netbeans/dev Cache directory: /run/netbeans I just installed the latest nightly build, at first it seems to be working fine but after I import the settings I exported from the previous version and I restart I get the following error: A org.openide.util.RequestProcessor$SlowItem exception has occurred. Please report this at http://www.netbeans.org/community/issues.html, including a copy of your messages.log file as an attachment. The messages.log file is located in your /home/paolo/.netbeans/dev/var/log folder. I have difficulties reporting the error using the exception reporter, the connection always times out while uploading the file. The title proposed by exception reporter is: AssertionError: nbfs://nbhost/SystemFileSystem/PHP/RuntimeLibraries/ I attach all log files, please let me know if you need the exported settings zip file. Just a note, the .1 logs should be from the first run with a fresh user dir and the others after importing the settings and restarted NetBeans.
Correction, the error pops up also with a fresh user dir without importing the settings. To trigger it it's enough to open a project and try to navigate the project tree. More or less every click I do the error pops up and the IDE is completely unusable. 201112130600 was working fine, the bug appeared in 201112170600 and is still present in 201112180600. Also 201112190600-ml-php is unusable, I'm reverting to 201112130600-ml-php for the moment. I will try a nightly build in a week.
