Build: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201110100600)
VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 21.0-b17, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.7.0-b147
OS: Windows XP

User Comments:
GUEST: Unable to create new project or load existing projects/files.
This error shows when I try to load anything.

jskrivanek: To reproduce:
- start IDE with empty userdir and ergonomics cluster enabled
- open new project wizard
- choose "Java Web|Web Application" and click Next
- while finding and installing Java EE feature click Cancel and it throws the exception
