Registration link provided in Help->'Report Issue..'  is invalid (https://netbeans.org/people/signup, should be https://netbeans.org/people/new).

reassigning to IDE component. The URL in the IDE should either be changed to the correct URL or the URL should be changed on netbeans.org, so adding jan to the cc for this issue. Whichever change is made, requests on netbeans.org to /people/signup or /people/new should be forwarded to the correct page.
