The order in this submenu is not alphabetical and it's not (at least to me) most
used first....
This should be examined and corrected.  Note that it may require issue 18829 to
be fixed.

Handled in core and VCS, actually. 18829 would be helpful though the
ordering can be done manually too.

Issue #14187 is not in contridiction with this issue. Both agree on
the order the submenu should be listed in (which happens to be
alphabetical in this case).

UI: Please look also at the #14187, and specify which order should be
kept:
1) alphabetical and in that case it depends on the #18829,
2) declarative (it doesn't matter if it could match 1) accidentally)
(and which exact order in this case #14187?), and then we will fix it.

Change order to:

Local Directory
Archive File
Version Control

Local Filesystem is mounted most frequently and filesystem items
(Local Dir, Archives) should be displayed grouped together before
folders of filesystems (Version Control).

placement of "Version Control" is set in vcscore's xml layer.  The
relative order of "Local Directory" and "Archive Files" are already
set in core's layer.

Verified in development build #200207030100 of NetBeans 3.4.
