During or after the installation of Netbeans the user should be prompted to connect to the update center to get netbeans completely up to date.

Many application do this.

This is important because the installation of modules after installation can fail if netbeans is not up to date.

This especially has caused problems with the installation of the JavaFX Netbeans module which fails if netbeans is not up to date.

This is often the case that new users are turned off netbeans in this situation.
