With 7.0 RC1, the installed tab modules list of the Options|Plugins dialog is empty.

Sorry I got too used to automated issues reporting...
Here are the information from the about box:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.0 RC1 (Build 201103280000)
Java: 1.7.0-ea; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 21.0-b05
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86; Cp1252; fr_FR (nb)
Userdir: C:\Users\luhoch\.netbeans\7.0rc1
