I have noticed that after instalation new NB7.0dev builds some java SE modules weren't enabled. I opened the general existing Java Project with java swing files like JFrame. I have had JFrame.java and JFrame.form files in src catalog project tree:
- design panel for swing JFrame project was unavailable
- next I had created another swing JFrame file and then SE modules for swing were enabled
