Per John request several files, such as 
CREDITS.html, Distribution.txt has to be updates with extra Sun->Oracle changes.

I do have change list and will integrated into trunk shortly.

Let's also include the removal of the evaluation license for the composer in this issue. Martin, please update this bug once open sourcing of composer is complete.

We still have only Beta license files.

For FCS, we need 6.9 final LICENSE.txt and THIRDPARTYLICENSE.txt.

Initial corrections are done on trunk and transplanted to release69.

Looks like we still need to remove "Beta" from the first line of license.txt and thirdpartylicense.txt. Also didn't make it into the RC build but that's probably not a stopper for RC1. Thank.
