umbrella task - currently scheduled for 6.9, may be re-schedule for later releases based on the reality check

Tasks to solve:
- bundle the library
- make the library available to the same classloader as tools.jar
- make it possible to specify the right connector when running a javafx application in debug mode
- provide javafx specific UI
- fxjdi nb independent test framework
- fxjdi nb independent tests - line numbers, breakpoints, watches, local variables, binds, synthetic frames

Closing all bugs filed against JavaFX 1.x as wontfix. We will support JavaFX 2.0 - please keep opened only bugs against the new release. Thanks.
