Algorithm to recognizing 321 projects that can be imported is too restrictive -
if root folder is named differently than "Projects", subfolders containing
individual projects are not shown, projects cannot be imported and user don't
know what's going on.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Get 321 projects somewhere and rename "Projects" dir to something other
2) Run 3.3 and try to import project using main menu Project/Project Manager
- no subfolders of root projects folder will appear in import dialog
