The USG_INSTALLED_CLUSTERS log event is supposed to include the list of currently installed clusters. However, in version 6.8 (and most likely in 6.7.* too), it always has the names of all standard clusters corresponding to the full IDE installation. That's probably caused by the fact that the ./etc/netbeans.clusters file now includes all cluster names and doesn't reflect actual content of the installation.

The USG_INSTALLED_CLUSTERS shall include the names of actually installed clusters only.
