Description tnleeuw 2010-03-31 07:43:28 UTC
Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201003290201)
Operating System = Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_18
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.0-b13

Recent nightly builds of NetBeans start hogging the CPU after running for some hours. The editor becomes so slow it's virtually unusable, and the performance of the entire system suffers.
NetBeans has to be restarted to 'fix' this.

The same slowdowns still happen for me in nightly 201004070201 despite fix for bug 183201 having been integrated into main-golden in the nightly before. I've attached a new snapshot to bug 183201.
