Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201003260201)
Operating System = Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_16
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.2-b01

IDE is sluggish and unresponsive, I often have to wait while typing for the IDE to catch up. 
First experienced in this version (201003260201)
