I think that this problem is related Netbeans platform, but I tested in only with Tools -> Options Dialog.

I have two monitors side by side in the work and two monitors in above position at the home. When I move Preference dialog do second monitor at home and then open it at work I can't see this dialog because it's open on non existing location.

I must delete this wile
config\Preferences\org\netbeans\modules\projectuiapi.properties
and run NB again to work with preference

Dialog should be test if saved coordinated exist before open.

I don't know that this problem is related only to windows or another OS.
I tested it in NB 6.8 and 6.9 too.

if there are other misbehaving dialogs, please file separate issues, thanks
