Scenario:
- Create IO sample
- Call "Refactor|Change Method Parameters" menu item on "go" function
- Add some parameter and press "Refactor" button
==> parameter is added
- Call "Refactor|Change Method Parameters" menu item on "go" function
- Delete parameter and press "Refactor" button
==> No changes in editor. Also I haven't any warnings from IDE
