Please upgrade to JASPER.JAR 3.2.3 as soon as possible. It fixes some major 
bugs Netbeans' jasper.jar has with JSP TAGS..

I just spent hours trying to track down a bug in my JSP TAGS when it turns out 
it was a bug in jasper.

Also, JASPER 3.2.3 is the latest versin of JASPER which uses a single module 
(jasper.jar) before it was split into jasper-compiler.jar/jasper-runtime.jar 
which breaks under Netbeans. JASPER 3.2.3 seems to work just fine.

As well, we should really add support for JASPER 4.x into Netbeans sometime in 
the near future.

The work on Jasper4.x supporting already started. 

Will we upgrade Tomcat 3.x plugin? NetBeans 3.3 is after feature
freeze so it is not possible to implement RFEs now. But maybe that
upgrade to Tomcat 3.2.3 is rather a bugfix.

Will not be fixed, as the next version of NetBeans will use Tomcat 4.0
