Sometimes,when I create Maven Quickstart Project and then I create Maven Web Application project,activation of web and
javaee functionality,which proceeds right after choosing Web App in wizard, proceeds indefinitely. I've tried to wait
for more than 10 minutes and it still go on. IDE had to be shutdown from task manager.
Problem isn't safely reproducible and has random behaviour,I've see this at least three times in the last two weeks,however.
