I notice that after writing a several line description (in the Problem Report text box) of what I was doing before an 
exception suddenly popped up while using NetBeans, the lines do not wrap in the yellow background of the description 
after the issue is subsequently pulled up.  For example, see the description of issue 174951 which I 
reported via such an automatic Problem Report.  The reader must scroll many times to the right to read the issue.

This issue seems akin to part of issue 66163 which is labeled a P4 Enhancement.  I would call it a P4 defect as it 
encumbers the issue reviewing process.

it seems the problem was already fixed by switch from Collabnet to Bugzilla, please reopen if I'm wrong, but I don't see any problem at description of issue 174951 now. In case I didn't understand the report well, please attach  a screenshot.
