The apitest building is already running since more than seven hours. Nobody seems to recognize my mails in nbdev.
From statistics the build should take less than 5 minutes. Build obviously hangs. Seems to block distribution of daily
builds and thus netcat testing. That's why I've set it to P1.

Doesn't hang already for a long time, should be closed.
