The test was enabled in http://hg.netbeans.org/ruby-main/rev/52f3cfe42459. It has failed in every build since then in 
ruby-main (http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/ruby/) - please disable the test if the root problem can't be fixed 
soon (now it's blocking my changes from propagating).

This should be intermittent failure.

Hopefully fixed by core-main#efe763db0b24
