The tree expanding handler of the category node in the new file wizard should not be visible if the node does not
contain subfolders. For example Java EE node.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce the problem and possibly screenshot. Either I'm not able to reproduce or I'm
looking at something else. Thanks.
