I cannot get to the project configuration dialog, either by right clicking on the project or by going through the run
menu option. When I select Customize, nothing happens. This started happening right after the latest updates. I
downloaded 6.7.1 and installed that, but the same thing happens.
In addition, I just tried Libraries properties. Same thing, no dialog. Add JAR dialog comes up. I use NB all day, every
day. This just started happening.

Do you use more monitors? (the dialog may be opened on another monitor)
Or isn't the dialog opened below the actual window?

Anyway please attach messages.log, maybe there will be some clue what's happening. 
Does starting with fresh userdir helps?

Without requested information for long time - INVALID. We can't do anything in this case. Reporter, please add requested
information and reopen issue. Thanks in advance.
