kawazu428: restarted IDE with default Swing Metal LAF just to make sure recent issues aren't related to GTK LaF. This one seems somewhat related to opening the "Exception Reporter" window (long HTML display?)

All the time is spend in swing while displaying HTML code, I can do nothing about it on NetBeans side. 

If you would face the problem repeatedly, please reopen and I'll fill an issue to Swing Metal LAF.
