In most cases, to build the maven project from IDE, we required to setup the external maven in the ide using maven
options. So, it would be very helpful to the users if we package the external maven also in the IDE and set the external
maven configuration to that by default like the Ant home setup by default pointing to the Ant installation within the IDE.
