If you want to open messages.log, it offers to save it instead opening in browser. It has wrong bin/nps MIME type and
additionally suggested file name is "messageslog". E.g.

http://statistics.netbeans.org/exceptions/messageslog?id=213917

Now it has correct MIME type. But it still behaves differently than before. It always asks whether to open or save the
file and then it is downloaded to temp dir. Could you revert previous behavior? It was much better. The same behavior as
if you open issuezila attachment. You can directly open it in new tab and don't bother with an extra dialog (e.g.
http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/84739/stacktrace.txt). Thanks.

messages.log will not be marked as an attachment, but should be shown directly
