The competitors, Eclipse and IDEA either try to provide a common run/debug/profile configration dialog  to the end user. 
But in netbeans, there are very different.
It makes user confused at some time.
I hope netbeans team for providing such a gui to user in future and merge all kinds of run configration into it.

Additionally, a united coverage GUI and API should support, like Eclispe.

No current plans for major GUI changes in this area.

if now there is no plan to do this, keep this opened as a new requirement, I think many user need this feature...
WONFIX is unreasonable.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
