The project properties window now seems to be about 10,000 pixels wide, and the dialog it appears in does not constrain 
it, so data which SHOULD fit within the non-resizeable, non-maximizable dialog containing the properties does not, and 
one must scroll and scroll and scroll to even see the right side of the dialog's contents.  If I can add a pictorial 
attachment to this issue properly in a moment that will describe things much better than I can using words.

Sorry, no idea how to reproduce that. Reopen if it continues to happen to you in a current NB release.
