How to reproduce :
 - I must not have any selected item in filesystem tree
 ( it arrives on start IDE on Linux or when unselect item by mouse )
 - select from MW menu "File|Mount Filesystem"
-> there's nothing doing

I think this is actions stuff, so passing to Radek. Radku can you look
at this, UI team is working on accessibility and Dafe has overload of
bugs, thanks.

Ok, I think this can confuse users - increassing  priority.

Additional info from #16778:

1. Select a node in explorer that is not a folder
2. File --> Mount Filestem does nothing.
