When selecting a member variable on a class, the menu item "Encapsulate Field" from refactoring is disabled in the
contextual menu and in the main menu.
Last time when i wanted to use this refactoring i restarted the IDE and the menu item become enabled... but this time
the restart didn't work.

And is not related with http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=52128 (related to timeout)
