I started IDE with clean userdir and decided to create new Ruby project and while wizard was saying "Activating Ruby" I
pressed Previous button and Next button and got error "Requested functionality not found".

Reproducible only when activation is still in progress - once finished, it works as expected. I will try to improve the wizard's behavior.

I've tried to improve the behaviour, Feature Not Found should be no longer reproducible.
