Steps to reproduce it:
1) Create new Mobility project
2) Create few different Java ME related files like VMD midlets and normal Midlets.
3) Save all of them and keep them open
4) Close IDE
5) Reopen IDE 

While IDE is opening you shall see exception + warnings just like in attached file.

I have already fix ready, there is some other problem in editor which does not allow me to push it now.

Verified with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200903221401).
