When running IDE 6.5 Build 200811100001 on Windows XP in debug and 
stopping at a breakpoint the variable values are not visible. Mousing
over them makes them appear under the mouse tip and careful clicking in the right place opens 
the value editing window.

This is the same on every debug run.

The problem was not noticed until a couple of weeks ago when I regrtessed from a Windows Vista Machine to a Windows XP
machine and downloaded and installed the latest IDE (mid Feb 2009).

The attached file shows screen shots.

Makes debugging more of a challenge !

Thanks for the nice report.
However, this bug was already fixed in 6.7 dev builds and we prepare a patch for 6.5. This bug is present on JDK 6u12
and newer, therefore a temporary solution is to switch back to JDK 6u11 or older (it's enough to switch it for the
NetBeans execution only).

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
