Dealt with a recent nightly build to figure out most of the plugins are de-activated after removing the old
configuration folder. While this not really is a problem as they easily can be activated again, it is quite annoying to
have each plugin select and "activate" on its own rather than selecting a couple of plugins and clicking "activate" to,
well, get all of them activated.
